SpeedPost is a social media management app that allows users to:

• Connect and manage multiple social media accounts from a single interface.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms at once.
• Generate content (text, images, videos) using artificial intelligence.
• Manage brand identity and editorial guidelines.
• View analytics and performance stats for their posts.

3. Registration and Account

• Using the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address and password.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

4. Service Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not post illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the Service for spamming or distributing unsolicited content.

5. User Content

• You grant SpeedPost a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content to the connected social media platforms.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and validating this content before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish via the Service.

6. Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses AI technologies to generate content (text, images, videos). These features are provided as assistance. The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of AI-generated content. You remain fully responsible for content posted on your social media accounts.

7. Pricing and Payment

• The Service may offer free and paid plans.
• Pricing for paid plans is listed on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Liability

• The Service is provided "as is." The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• The Publisher is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• The Publisher is not responsible for actions taken by third-party social media platforms (account suspension, content removal, etc.).
• The Publisher is not responsible for content posted by users via the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, without notice or compensation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (brand, logo, interface, source code) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Modification of Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
