Delete your account and data

Application SpeedPost — published by MINDLET

You can request the deletion of your SpeedPost account and all associated personal data at any time, in compliance with GDPR. The process is free.

How to request deletion

    Fill out the form above by selecting the topic « Delete my account and data ", with the email address of your account.

    Or email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion", from your account’s email address.

    We verify your identity (account email address), then delete your account and data within 30 days maximum. You will receive a confirmation email.

Deleted data

The following data is permanently deleted :

  • Account and identifiers (email, username, encrypted password);
  • Social media connections and associated access tokens;
  • Created, imported, or generated content (text, images, videos, media) ;
  • Scheduled posts and publishing history managed in the app ;
  • Brand identity (colors, fonts, logo, editorial tone) ;
  • Templates, automations, AI agent memory, and conversations ;
  • Account preferences and settings.

Retained data and durations

Some data may be retained in a limited capacity to meet legal obligations or security reasons:

For more details on how your data is processed, see our privacy policy. Content already published to your social networks through SpeedPost remains the property of those platforms; deleting it has to be done directly from the network concerned.
